by Jonna Kwiatkowski - Every week is yoga week at MHU!! We know yoga and meditation provides an outlet for stress and helps create strength and stability throughout the week. Here are your options for Breathing Room:
Monday - Yoga - 4:30-5:30
Monday - Breathing for Stress Reduction - 5:45-6:30
Tuesday - Meditation - 12-1
Tuesday - Yoga - 4:30-5:30
Thursday - Slow-Flow Yoga - 12-1
Thursday - Yoga - 4:30-5:30
