    Gentle Yoga. Thursdays 12-1pm with Jonna Kwiatkowski

    This gentle class, offered in Breathing Room, will be an opportunity to create space in your body and the opportunity for calm and clarity in your mind. Jonna will focus on slower breathing and movements that invite a release from the day.

  • Gentle Flow Yoga. Mondays 4:15-5pm with Laura Boggess

    This is another gentle and grounding class, offered outside in the Sunken Garden (between Marshbanks and Spillman) when weather permits. I'll make a weather call before noon on Monday and send the reminder or cancellation through this group.

    • Meditation

      A mindfulness practice allows us to be in the moment – the only time to live fully and freely that we have.  Science has shown that incorporating a mindfulness practice helps reduce stress, anxiety, physical pain, lower high blood pressure, as well as other mental and physical benefits.  You can try out some mindfulness practices using the links below.
