Breathing Room is your place on campus to practice yoga, breathing, meditation and other techniques for reducing your stress and gaining more control of your emotions. All of our classes are open to everyone in the MHU community.

Here is the 45-minute grounding class from last Wednesday. Please be patient with a couple of video glitches and the fact that you have to download the film (I know, Marty, that this is not the preferred way! I tried embedding the video via YouTube but couldn't get it to process...my tech savvy will improve with the semester!) Hope you all can join us at some point this semester.
