Breathing Room

Friends - Last week I (ambitiously) told a couple of you that yoga would start this week, and then did not communicate that with the larger group in any way. With apologies to those who may have planned on yoga today, I'd like to start NEXT Thursday instead. Until then, imagine ourselves doing yoga with friends:
