Breathing Room

Friends - 

I find myself scheduled for a root canal this Thursday, which will certainly keep me from joining you for yoga. Looking at the calendar, I think that means we'll pick back up in January. I'm sorry to end so abruptly! 

Look out for an invitation from me to join our Breathing Room Hub group. I'm working with Brooklyn to organize the scheduling and any announcements over there.
