Yoga Friends -
I want to make sure that you are aware of this very special opportunity. August Worley is an music and electrical engineer, who became inspired by Himalayan singing bowls. He turned his attention to inventing an electronic "Pyradym" machine that emits the same frequencies as the singing bowls, which he uses to offer relaxation sessions. He is a talented yogi AND inventor - this will be a wonderful relaxation break for us!! Here are the details - sign up asap!!
Tuesday, November 4th, 6-7:30pm
Breathing Room, 101 Marshbanks Hall
Space is Limited! Email to save your spot: crl@mhu.edu
Experience August Worley’s “Pyradym”, a tool that uses soundwaves to calm the mind and the body. Combining his extensive background in music (e.g., sound engineer for Emerson, Lake, & Palmer) and sound-related engineering (e.g., synthesizer design engineer with Dr. Bob Moog) with his studies of yoga-based practices, August designed the Pyradym to emit the same frequencies as those produced by crystal “singing bowls” found in the Himalayas. August will give a presentation on the creation of the Pyradym, how its output frequencies are related to the mind & body, and then offer a 1 hour soundwave relaxation experience.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Namaste ---
