Dearest Yogis,
Yoga classes begin this week! Tomorrow (Tuesday, 12-12:50) will be the first "Yoga for Balance" with Jonna. Thursday, 12-12:50, will be the first Slow Flow Yoga with Laura. Phyllis will be announcing the start of her meditation series soon.
We have brainstormed about incentives to encourage regular yoga and meditation. We saw and heard with the Wellness Challenge that incentives can really help, even with things we want to do anyway. One essential problem has been funding, but we think we have a plan... We have procured some beautiful GOLD STARS and a very attractive attendance chart. We invite you to track your participation and make a commitment to yourself and to our community for the semester. Anyone who attends at least 10 classes (yoga or meditation) will have their name put into a drawing for a gift card for The Library Coffeeshop.
