Here is a description of the new format:
A mindfulness practice allows us to be in the moment – the only time to live fully and freely that we have. Or, as Andrew Olendzki says in his book This Moment Is Unique: “You only have one shot at this moment – don’t miss it.” Science has clearly shown that incorporating a mindfulness practice helps reduce stress, anxiety, physical pain, lower high blood pressure, as well as other mental and physical benefits. This six-week (30-minutes each week) will provide the basics for beginning a mindfulness practice.
