Dearest Yogis,
We had a great first week with a wonderful combination of shiny eyed newcomers and smiling favorites and look forward to seeing you again!! I recommend trying a new class this week - there is sooooooo much variety in our offerings!! I attended Phyllis Smith's Tuesday meditation class and it was lovely - we learned a bit about the reasons people meditate and then Phyllis talked us through a mental relaxation exercise followed by silent meditation. It was quiet and energizing all at the same time!
