We posted the following to the morning announcements, and are doing a special resend to you. Please let us know the times that work best for you this semester. We will let you know the final schedule next week, with classes starting in the first full week of classes.

Breathing Room is our space on campus to learn techniques for gaining more control over your emotions and reducing your stress. We offer yoga and meditation classes taught by members of our community. Everyone is welcome to join classes, or make use of the space independently when there are no classes.
We have two types of classes this semester.
- Greta Keiper-Blake is offering a 7 week "Back to Basics" series. This will be a class that builds skills week-by-week. It is perfect for those new to yoga or those looking to refresh their skills. - Jonna Kwiatkowski is offering "Finding Space Through Breath and Movement". This yoga class will focus on breathing and movement techniques that can relieve stress, giving you more space for other thoughts and actions in your day.
