Tuesday: Guided Meditation (all levels): 12:00-12:30pm
Silent Meditation (intermediate to advanced): 3:00-3:30pm
Wednesday: Flow Yoga (all levels): 5:00-6:00pm
Thursday: Gentle Yoga (all levels but beginner-friendly): 12:00-12:50pm
