Let us make space for you to tap in to the current! We'll practice at 3pm today (3:30 for silent meditation), 4:30pm on Wednesday for flow yoga and Thursday at noon for gentle yoga.
This will be our last official week of Breathing Room classes, but stay tuned for special exam-time relaxation practices.
