We have taken a break and are returning to SPRING! As we head towards the end of our semester, keep yoga and meditation in your schedule (put it in your calendar!!). Together we can make this a low-stress, highly productive 6 1/2 weeks!!
Monday 4-5 - Yoga; 5:15-6 Breathing for Stress Reduction
Tuesday 12-1 - Meditation
Wednesday 4:30-5:30 - Yoga
