Dearest Yogis and Meditators,
My apologies for the slow start getting our class schedule out. We are very ready to begin classes, and I hope to also gather some additional information from you this semester. Next academic year, I will be on sabbatical doing research on the aesthetic experiences in a yoga practice, and I'd love to brainstorm with our community about your own experiences with you practice. More to come...
For now, without further ADOO, here is the Spring Schedule:
Mondays: 4-5 Yoga with Jonna (starts 1/30)
Mondays: 5:15-6 Breathing Room with Jonna (starts 1/30)
Tuesdays: 12-1 Meditation with Phyllis (starts TBD - Phyllis will write)
Wednesdays: 4:30-5:30 Yoga with Laura (starts TBD - Laura will write)
