One change to announce: starting this week, Laura Boggess' class will MOVE to Thursday 4:30-5:30. There will be NO CLASS on Wednesdays at 4:30-5:30 for the rest of the semester.

Monday 5:45-6:30 - Breathing for Stress Reduction
Tuesday 12-1 - Meditation
Tuesday 4:30-5:30 - Yoga
Wednesday - no classes
Thursday 12-1 - Slow Yoga
Thursday 4:30-5:30 - Yoga
