Yoga Video - Monday yoga people watch!!
by Jonna Kwiatkowski - In Monday's yoga class we discussed bracing the core as an essential part of experiencing strength and ease of movement. Take a look at this video and you'll see the strong "puffing" and bracing in the area between the lower ribs and pelvis, like we discussed and practiced yesterday. Also notice the long line of this guy's spine, and how he maintains it through all of his movements. The breath is so important to stability!!
