Survey for Parents of Young Children
by Teresa Buckner - The Madison County Partnership for Children asks that all parents of children aged birth to kindergarten in Madison County fill out the attached survey. Your responses will help the Partnership in seeking funding and opportunities for childcare facilities and education in Madison County.
Please print out the survey, write in your answers, and return your results to the Partnership Offices, located in Spilman Hall. There will be a box prominently located in the hallway for survey responses.
