Notifying the Title IX Office
Please notify the Title IX Office as soon as possible of any Title IX related incident. You may notify the Title IX Office using the Anonymous Reporting option, or by emailing the Title IX Coordinator, Jennie Matthews, at jmatthews@mhu.edu. The Title IX Office is located in the Nash Education Building, room 209. You are welcome to visit the office Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm.Have you seen something that you would like to report, but are reluctant to come forward? You can now submit a report for investigation anonymously.
Although investigations are most effective with as much information as possible, an investigation can begin with something that you have observed or heard.
You are encouraged to report as much information about an alleged incident as possible. Your information will be directly sent to the Title IX Coordinator for review.
